General Comments
A MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL WAS CALLED TO INSPECT THE WALK-IN COOLER DURING THE INSPECTION, AND HE FOUND THAT THE PRODUCT INSIDE WAS STOCKED IN A WAY THAT INTERFERED WITH THE SYSTEM'S THERMOSTAT. THE PRODUCT WAS MOVED AND THE THERMOSTAT WAS ADJUSTED.

A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 1/22/17 TO CHECK ON THE TEMPERATURE WITHIN THE WALK-IN COOLER.

HACCP CONCEPT DISCUSSED: PROPER STORAGE OF POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD.
